What are Grilled Baked Shrimps?

The Grilled Baked Shrimps are shrimp drenched in garlic butter, seasoned with your favorite rub, and served with a squeeze of charred lemon. It is simple yet so flavorful because of the authentic flavor of shrimp cooked in the smoky charcoal and wood chips along with garlic butter. Another main ingredient that helps in seasoning and flavoring the dish to perfection is the bacon. The bacon brings out the saltiness in the shrimp.

When the shrimps are nice and pink, you know they have that delicious buttery texture and chew. By adding butter for the baking, you are more likely to start with poaching the shrimps until most of the butter is penetrated through the shrimp, making them buttery and so juicy.

We also love this dish because of the simple choice of ingredients. It literally takes one dish to cook, and you can always add your flair to please your taste buds. But once you try it, you will know the dish is perfect and needs no adjustment other than salt and pepper.
